Refund and Returns Policy

At Learning Toys Kid, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date your item is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to complete the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you discover any damages, defects, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable if you simply change your mind. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original product first. After your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
